Top 10 Tips for choosing a domain name that works!

#1: Keep your domain name short so it’s easier to remember and  type correctly.

#2: Make your domain easy to spell.

#3: Avoid numbers and hyphens.

#4: Your domain name should either describe your venture  or be one-of-a-kind and fun – like GoDaddy.com!

#5: Steer clear of variations and misspellings of existing brand names.

#6:  Choose a name that won’t be misunderstood and eliminate spacing between words.

#7: Avoid registering an alternate domain such as .INFO if the .COM is already taken.

#8: Don’t intentionally misspell words in your domain.

#9: Check domain availability first, before you make a decision about naming your venture.

#10: Spell check the name you select!
